How long we retain your data
If you place an order, open an account or leave a comment, this data and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Accounts can be closed by contacting us and can only be closed if no orders or monies are outstanding on your account.
